Unknown Object
Sometimes, you don’t need an entire story on the canvas to feel the tension. This study was created as my private experiment—a laboratory where I explore how color, surface, and space can either clash or reconcile. The central hero is a dark geometric object simply levitating in space. What is it? Even I don’t really know, and it’s that very uncertainty that fascinates me most.
It hovers over something I call a "restless carpet of reality." You observe the entire scene through a fine mesh that acts as a filter—it separates you slightly from the scene inside, yet simultaneously lends it a peculiar sense of motion. It is a captured "now." For me, it’s an important stepping stone and an exploration of a technique I’m considering bringing to a much larger canvas. Think of it as an exclusive peek behind the scenes at what’s currently brewing in my studio.
