Surfaces

I was born in late October under the sign of Scorpio, so water has been my companion all my life. While some seek peace in the woods, I find it by the cold sea, in harbors, and on old piers. I love that raw world—the sound of boat engines, the rust on decks, the cry of seagulls, and the specific scent of fish. I am an occasional fisherwoman myself, and by the water is where I feel truly at home.

The painting Surfaces is a reflection of my fascination with this world and my big dream. One day, I want to live in the North, somewhere between Germany and Denmark, on the island of Rügen. For me, this painting isn't just a composition of shapes; it’s a piece of my future home and the peace I find where the water meets the sky.
