Penguin Eda

Penguins fascinate me with their transformation—clumsy on land, yet incredibly agile in the water. In the study Tučňák Eda, I captured this contrast using tangram shapes. The blue background evokes the sea, and the bottom grid of icebergs looks almost like a keyboard, giving the "marching" Eda a wonderful musical subtext. The yellow square for a head and the metallic reflections on the body provide the dynamic energy that these black-and-white gentlemen carry within.
