I spent that time in the peace of the mountains, where the virus barely existed, only to later watch the feast on Charles Bridge in disbelief. My tangram figures run toward freedom, but with a question looming: was that joy premature? It is a record of a time when our perception of reality was fractured between screen-induced fear and the longing for human connection.
