Lockdown

This study helped me clarify the colors and placement of figures for my painting "Lockdown in Czechia." When our world suddenly shrank to four walls, I looked for order in geometry. Each figure has its place, shape, and color, yet they are all linked by the gray uncertainty of the background. It was an attempt to capture a moment when we were isolated, yet in that strange timelessness, we were all in it together.
