Foal & Butterfly

I was walking through the meadows of the Krkonoše Mountains when a scene unfolded before me like a play on a stage. A foal and a butterfly. Just the two of them, right there in the middle of the endless green.

There was nothing complicated about it—just the pure joy of movement. To capture that energy, I gave them sharp, clean edges, as if they were folded out of paper. The pink and blue colors really stand out against the grass, bringing the whole moment to life.

For me, this painting is about those split seconds that fly by without us even noticing. It’s about the way fragility and strength meet in a single heartbeat. All you have to do is stop and look.
