Impression

In the Impresse series, I work with the motif of flowers constructed from Tangram pieces. I repeat the same geometric principle throughout the individual paintings, but each time I arrange it differently. I change the shapes of the flowers, their rotation, arrangement, and color.

Each painting has its own color palette. In some, I work with an earthy palette of browns, ochres, and terracotta tones, while in others I use more vivid and contrasting colors. I am interested in how the same principle can change each time and create a different composition.

The series is based on repeating the same geometric principle, which I rearrange and transform in each painting.
