After the first wave of Covid 19 and the forced all-republic quarantine, there was a kind of exhilaration and euphoria in our republic that made my head spin. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw hundreds of people on the Charles Bridge, sitting at fetched tables and food, all eating together....
